A conversation about mental health

The South Bay Boardrider’s Club is collaborating with The Jimmy Miller Foundation and Beach Cities Health District to create an event we hope will make a difference for those in our community and elsewhere.

These engaging discussions, facilitated by Kevin Sousa, MFT, will cover topics including mental health, feelings, thoughts, anxiety, depression, emotional crisis and how to navigate all this as an adolescent and young adult.

Participants are able participate anonymously and will have the opportunity to submit questions to our guests.
